In order for CorpNet to obtain the TAX ID number for your business, upon order confirmation and receipt of payment, you will be asked to provide your Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Tax Identification Number (ITIN) by a CorpNet Business Specialist. If you do not have an SSN or cannot provide your SSN to CorpNet, then CorpNet will not be able to obtain your Tax ID Number on your behalf, but as a courtesy, will prepare and forward the completed IRS TAX ID Application (FORM SS-4) to you as part of your final packet of documents.
