We’re thrilled to announce that we have reached more than 100 customer reviews on Trustpilot, with an average rating of 9.5 out of 10.
Though we specialize in web-based service, we have managed to quickly make a name for ourselves in the industry for our personal touch, including friendly in-house phone support and free consultations.
CorpNet’s emphasis on customer service is reflected throughout each of our five-star reviews, such as:
“I am super impressed with you service. Milton was endlessly patient with me and guided me through the regulatory and tax issues, explaining various options. I learned a lot in the process and am now several steps closer to opening my business. YAY!”
“Thanks CorpNet for making this a pleasant, easy and overall great experience for my new company. I can definitely take your customer service skills and apply them to my own business.”
With consumers increasingly looking to friends and peers for guidance on purchasing decisions, Trustpilot provides companies with the tools and technology necessary for efficiently integrating reviews as part of their communication with customers. Recognizing the importance of peer reviews, CorpNet launched a campaign in 2014 to encourage customers to leave honest feedback about their experience.

“Our customers mean everything to us. Whether I answer the phone or one of our business filing consultants, we want to make the process as easy, stress-free, friendly, and accurate as possible. I think we’re resetting expectations for what customer service means for web-based companies,” said Nellie Akalp, co-founder and CEO of CorpNet.com.
CorpNet will be celebrating its fifth anniversary this July, although Phil and Nellie have more than 16 years experience in the online legal filing industry. As a law student in 1997, Phil felt that a small business owner shouldn’t have to pay lawyers $2,000 to incorporate a business. Between law school classes, Phil and his wife Nellie, published a website that allowed small business owners to incorporate for just $99.
Over the past year, CorpNet has been investing heavily in developing free, value-add tools for its clients and the small business community, including: B.I.Z. (a free corporate compliance concierge tool), free meeting minute templates, and numerous free guides on starting and growing a business.
In addition, Nellie Akalp shares her insights and advice writing for numerous publications including Entrepreneur, Forbes, Mashable, and Small Business Trends.
