Spring is very active for annual reports and many states require annual reports for businesses to stay in compliance. We can help manage this paperwork for you via the internet so you can skip the Secretary of State office.

Our Team is Working From Home Just Like You!

We are monitoring guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization daily. We are communicating with our employees each day to share the latest information, as received, and we are in contact with customers directly, when appropriate, to share our planning.

Specifically, here is how we are managing this situation:

  • Our team has contingencies in place to maintain our ability to meet customer needs in a timely fashion;
  • Our team has relationships with suppliers across the globe to ensure we can meet deadlines on current orders and new orders; of course, any Secretary of State closure will be out of our control and we will continue to monitor and update you;
  • Our team has call center locations and remittance processing sites in various states, and, as a result, we can meet customer needs by shifting work from one location to another depending on situations occurring in certain states;
  • Every employee in every state can work remotely from their home in case of a mandatory quarantine and we are encouraging our employees to work from home where appropriate to minimize social contact in this environment;

As necessary, we will continue to provide you with up-to-date transparent communication regarding our efforts because the safety and security of our clients, our partners, and our employees is paramount, as is, meeting your business incorporation and compliance needs.
