The Directors noted that they had reviewed and considered the preparation of annual statements of the corporation. Based on this review and consideration of the preparation of annual statements by the Directors, the following resolution was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, that any required annual statements, including but not limited to a balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, statement of owners equity, or any other annual statement that might be required shall be prepared in the manner required.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the Officers of this Corporation are authorized and directed to take any action necessary to effectuate the foregoing resolution.
